網紅的藏寶箱To bring about a change always require hard work. We will have to learn and relearn, put in our truest effort, keep trying and never give up. And all these, involves lots of pain, sweat and tears, pushing past discomfort.
When evolving, one must get comfortable with being uncomfortable. Know that discomfort is a sign of growth and part of the path to success.

10km run nowadays feel like a HM. 😵 But glad I made the effort to wake up early for a long morning run with my new Rabbit visor. Wonder if I can ever get back to my 10km PB..... Think I need to chase speedsters to improve. 🤣
